  1. Picture Archiver is simple-in-use and low-cost tool designed to manipulate 
  2. picture archives. It has the following features:

  4. - Picture Archiver allows to store images in various graphic formats,
  5. including BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPEG, TARGA, PCX.
  6. - Picture Archiver allows to store images using LZW or JPEG compression
  7. method.
  8. - Picture Arciver has open interface to image converters implemented as DLLs,
  9. so you can easily develop and add converters for new formats.
  10. - Picture Archiver allows to associate stored images with textual information
  11. and key words.
  12. - Picture Archiver allows to search images using key words, number and name of
  13. a record in an archive and/or name of image file.
  14. - Picture Archiver allows to export image in TIFF format or put image on
  15. clipboard.
  16. - Picture Archiver allows to print image and textual information.

  18. To install Picture Archiver on your computer simply copy archive PARC.ZIP
  19. on hard drive and run PKUNZIP programm.
